At Choice Cufflinks we dispatch your goods the same day (providing they are in stock) if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery Methods
We offer 5 methods of delivery including standard, express, next day before 9am or 1pm and finally Saturday guaranteed.
Free Shipping On Orders Over £20
* For our free delivery offer enter discount code "delivery" this discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. The discount code can be entered when you add an item to your cart. (Enter the code and click 'update'.)
Delivery Estimate
All delivery costs are calculated depending on delivery
location, you can easily obtain an estimate by adding an item to your shopping cart, then
clicking the estimate shipping link within the shopping cart.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed post due to any Royal Mail Strikes which may occur.
These delivery timescale's are estimates and not guaranteed.
* Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
Out of Stock Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will always e-mail you to inform you of the delay timescale. Items will then be dispatched via the requested mode of delivery as soon as they become available.
Tracking Your Orders
You can track your order on our website to find out its status, just click
on the account link within the shopping cart on the left hand side navigation
bar of our website.
Re-submit payment
To re-submit payment please log-in to your account by clicking the account
link in the shopping cart area on the top right of our homepage, click on your
order you wish to pay for, then at the top of the order page there is a re-submit
payment link.
Engraving Instructions
* Once you have made your purchase our engraver will email you a PDF proof within 1-5 days (same working day for express items placed before 2pm GMT) for your approval.
* Please note if your item is out of stock the proof will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.
* For Express Items please note the proof must be confirmed by 3pm GMT to ensure the order is dispatched the same day.
* If after 14-21 days you have not approved the engraving proof we engrave the item and deliver the item to your address. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery or engraving errors if an engraving proof is not confirmed by the customer.
* Unfortunately we do not accept liability for the damage or loss of customer items placed with us for engraving.
