At 1st Choice Cufflinks, many of our customers are purchasing gifts or for a big event, we hope that providing you with as much information as possible makes your buying experience even better.



Does Your Jewellery Come With A Presentation Box?

Yes, all of our items come in a presentation box; quite often cufflinks are wrapped in a protective film inside the box for transportation, so if giving as a gift be sure to remove this film beforehand.



Are Your Items Good Quality?

All 1st Choice Cufflinks items are continuously assessed to ensure they meet our high quality standards.



Do You Offer Extra Discount If We Buy In Bulk?

As well as supplying our jewellery direct to consumers, we can also supply our items in bulk where we will be able to offer additional discount. So if you are looking for wholesale cufflinks, wholesale men’s jewellery or wholesale ladies jewellery we can help, however, as our price range can alter from a £5 item to £500 – we request that you either ring up or email your enquiry so that we can give you a custom discount code.



Do You Ship Your Products Worldwide?

Although 1st choice Cufflinks are based in the UK, we ship our items worldwide. Although if you are not in the UK, please bear in mind that any items ordered may take a little longer to arrive.



Can I Return The Item For A Refund?

Please refer to our after sales and returns for further details. Unfortunately we do not give refunds for bespoke/engraved items.



Can I Exchange For Another Item?


If the item you bought is not as expected and you would prefer another, we can do an exchange providing that the item is sent back in its original packaging and condition and the item you wish to exchange with is the same price. If the item is of a higher cost you will be asked to pay the additional funds. If the item is cheaper we will refund the difference.


Please note: we will not be able to exchange the items until we receive the original. If the item is engraved, under most circumstances, we will not be able to exchange as all engraved items are made to order and not resalable.



Can I Get My Item Gift Wrapped?

Our gift wrapping team specialises in wrapping your item to perfection using our matt silver paper to achieve the finest result your recipient will love.

Most items are available to be gift wrapped on the site. However, items that do not have a casing like some of our keyrings are not able to be wrapped.

In most cases we do try to wrap the item, if not we will be in contact on the day of dispatch to refund the gift wrapping charges.



Does My Item Have A Hallmark?

In most cases your items picture (found when you click onto the item) will show the hallmark and the name of the item should include the word hallmark.
